1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Hygiene: For safety and hygiene reasons, hair products must not be opened or used, and must be returned in their original packaging.
